Plenty of storage space for your clothes, and all other belongings. In addition to the closet, you can also find storage space under the bed, in the bathroom, and in the technical room.

Fully equipped bathroom

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink, and storage. You can choose between a standard flush toilet or a chemical toilet. An off-grid water system is also available.

The BOX is delivered to a prepared site and placed using appropriate equipment depending on site accessibility. Site preparation is the responsibility of the customer; however, we are happy to offer consulting support as an additional service, as we have architects as part of the team.

We have extensive experience working with transport partners across Slovakia and Ukraine and can confidently recommend trusted carriers. As an additional service, we can also arrange and manage the entire delivery process on your behalf.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink with faucet, and an induction hob, with the option to add an extractor hood and choose your preferred finishes and colors.

The sleeping area offers two separate beds for independent sleepers, or one expandable bed that converts into a large sleeping surface for up to three people. A double bed with integrated sofa option is also available.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washbasin, and storage cabinet. The toilet can be either a standard flush unit connected to sewage or a cassette separation toilet suitable for eco-resorts.

The interior offers maximum storage capacity with wardrobes and built-in cabinets. The layout is flexible, and the sleeping area can be either separated from or open to the kitchen, depending on your preference.

A Smart Home Package can be ordered to simplify control of the BOX and optimize energy usage. For rental use, the smart lock allows remote access, while security cameras provide enhanced protection.

Connection with nature through its large, half-circle windows that offer sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. These arched openings allow natural light to flow inside, creating a smooth transition between the interior and the outdoors.

Transportation is arranged by the customer, but we’re happy to assist with proven logistics partners. The BOX is easily loaded onto a truck and delivered directly to your site.

Several eco-resorts built from BOX units are already completed in Slovakia and can be visited in person by appointment.
